Nestled in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this 100-year-old cottage was transformed into a Hamptons-style dream home.

 

With a focus on creating vast open spaces with high ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight, we constructed a spacious multi-level home that offers an office space mezzanine overlooking the open-plan living and dining areas, a huge entertaining deck accessible through wall-to-wall folding doors off the living area and a separate lower level teen retreat.

 

High end finishes such as the stunning open-riser American oak staircase with tread-mounted glass balustrades, the European oak herringbone flooring and marble-tiled bathrooms with brass fittings contribute to the luxurious beach house feel.
